Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art of self defense based on scientific principles which can be learnt at any age from 5 years upwards. Classes are a mix of exercise, stretching, technique, patterns and semi contact sparring. Gradings are gained by showing profiency in basic techniques in hand and foot strikes, patterns (Tul in Korean) and sparring.

First class free then £4 a class
